They make such a big deal about Syracuse coming out of nowhere to now #9, but didn't they show everyone last year in the Big East Tournament how tough they were going to be this year?

I had to LOL when a lot of people said the Big East would be down this year. Connecticut, Syracuse, Villanova, Cincinnati and Notre Dame are all solid this year.

The big east will not be as good as they have been. But they will still have the rankings just because there are so many of them. You'll have a couple go thru non conference with decent records then they will all beat eachother up in conference. And maybe get 1 or 2 to elite eight.

That means nothing right now. Most have been playing lesser D1 teams. That goes for all the conferences.
