For those of you who do skim our message board from time to time, I want to warn you NOT to post any link to our stories, stats, etc. or even mention www.ohsn.org over there.

They will ban you as they have a few others that have contacted me.

Their rules post 3 things: No profanity, No threats and no revealing others identities; however, they have banned several people who have tried to make mention of OHSN.org in reference to an article here or there.

We offer the same service(s) that a typical newspaper (sports section) would but they will allow you to mention (www.toledoblade.com, etc.) but not www.ohsn.org.

Just letting you know as I'd hate to see you get banned over there as a result of what we are doing. Our goal here is not to have a huge message board - though it would be fine - we recognize JJ's great site for that. At the same time, we'll gladly welcome new members here.

Hey, I noticed this once when I tried to tell people about this site. I've seen other people post sites on jjhuddle that have advertising, etc. on them and they don't get delted.

I'd just say this. Don't worry about them. They are obviously worried about your site because you have a good idea and because as it grows it will be a threat to part of what they are doing.

You can tell jj huddle is worried about your site as their childish way of deleting references to your site and banning people from it shows.

Keep up the good work. rembmer that jj didn't become what it did overnight either.

I got banned from JJ today, too, but not because I mentioned any other sports forum. I was just asking questions, and I guess they didn't like my questions.
